Simple No-Bake Fruit Tart with Cream Cheese Filling | How to make Fruit Cheese Cake

Simple No-Bake Fruit Tart | Fruit Cheese Cake | Fruit Tart with Cream Cheese Filling is an extremely exquisite no-bake dessert made with digestive biscuits crust, cream cheese, and fresh fruits.

This dish is a no-bake dessert that takes just 20 minutes to prepare and is an absolute delight to offer as a dessert for any occasion. It is also an exquisite treat for those who crave no-bake desserts.

It bursts with flavors in the tongue and is an absolute delectable treat. The delicate flavor of digestive biscuits, as well as the subtle sweetness and tanginess of the cream cheese filling, which perfectly pairs with the natural sweetness of the fresh fruits, are so refreshing and tantalizing.

We normally prepare it in a tart pan, which comes in small and medium sizes with a detachable base; the small one is 4 inches and the bigger one is 9 inches. This recipe serves two 4 inches or one 9 inch pan.

The Tart Crust

The crust is the most essential component, serves as a tart base upon which we add the filling. We must not bake the crust; rather, chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to get a hard, solid crust.

The crust is made using crackers or any light-flavored Biscuits like digestive biscuits. First, we must crush or pulse the Biscuits or crackers to a fine powder and combine it with sugar powder and ghee. Then, we have to press the mixture very firmly and tightly into the pan, so that they hold their shape when chilled.

The Tart’s Filling

The filling here in this recipe is the cream cheese filling. To make the filling, first whip it with lime juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Next, we must beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form, and then fold both of them together and fill it onto the pre-chilled crust.

Then, it is refrigerated for 3 to 4 hours before being garnished or topped with fruits that have been cut into preferred shapes and placed on top of the pastry. Top it with fruits such as kiwi, plum, dragon fruit, pear, apples, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, peach, and so on. To add flavor and freshness, I added a few pieces of kiwi, plum, pear, and dragon fruit.

Slice and serve this delicious and luscious Fruit tart as a dessert at the end of any meal. Try our other dessert recipes featured in this blog Mango pudding, Rice kheer, Kashi halwa, Rasmalai, Mysore Pak
