Chocolate ice cream

Easy Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream is a quick and easy recipe for this culinary pleasure, ice cream that tastes simply delicious. This smooth, mouthwatering treat takes only 15 minutes to make using only 3 ingredients.

This dish doesn’t need the use of a churn or an ice cream maker to prepare. It just calls for three ingredients: whipped cream, chocolate or cocoa powder, and milk.

My love for it compelled me to create this recipe. I like to experiment with any and all foods that I enjoy eating at home because homemade dishes are always a special and healthy pleasure.

I could eat them all day, and especially late at night, a scoop of this dessert is the perfect company with which to pass the time. We usually have a stock of them in hand, and I never let them run out; as soon as they do, the next batch gets ready.

The inclusion of cocoa powder, in addition to chocolate, can increase the richness of this dish.

I prefer to use both of them since the cocoa powder improves the dish by delivering a robust taste with a subtle bitterness without adding sweetness. The chocolate sweetens and intensifies the flavor of the dessert.

I prefer non-dairy heavy cream to dairy because the fat level is higher, which helps it keep its form, and they already have the right amount of sweetness.

Toppings such as almonds, chopped chocolate, choco chips, or anything else can be utilized.

I used 4 cups of whipped cream to make this meal, which filled two medium-sized containers. First, I heat the milk and add a tiny quantity of it to thicken the mixture.

Then I stir in the chopped chocolate and cocoa powder until they are completely melted and mixed with the mixture. Before using the combination, it must be totally cooled. Next, whisk the heavy cream until it forms soft, firm peaks.

We must now mix both of them using the cut and fold procedure. I pour it into the containers and place them in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until totally set.

Scoop this delectable ice cream into the bowls and serve with nuts on top.
