White Sauce Pasta | Bechamel Sauce Pasta | How to make Pasta in White Sauce

White Sauce Pasta | Bechamel Sauce Pasta | Pasta in White Sauce is a delicate, silky smooth, creamy, and rich classic Italian meal that takes only minutes to prepare.

This dish consists solely of cooked pasta in a white sauce made with milk, butter, and all-purpose flour.

White sauce, commonly known as Bechamel sauce, is a joy to cook on lazy evenings and is loaded with nutritious vegetables.

All of the pasta varieties are believed to have originated in Italy or France. This dish is no exception; its creamy and rich textures make it a favorite among people of all ages all over the world.

It is my all-time favorite dish. I used a whole wheat variety and loaded it with vegetables to make it healthier and more nutritious.

I made it using onions, capsicum, broccoli, and carrots, however, sweetcorn, zucchini, and tomatoes may also be used.

We can add cheese if you like it to be more cheesy, creamy, or rich; however, this is entirely optional. Cheese enhances the flavor, making it more tasty, satisfying and lend a tantalizing feel.

I used 3 cups of whole wheat pasta in a large batch to feed 6-8 people. Firstly, I boil them in salted water with oil. Then drain the water and set them aside to cool.

After that, I sauté all of the vegetables until they get crisp. Then, I prepare the sauce by making a smooth paste with melted butter and all-purpose flour.

I dilute the mixture with milk, season it mildly, and simmer it until it thickens. Finally, I toss the pasta and vegetables in the sauce and top it with grated cheese.
